| Return and Refund Policy |

- Crown Video Duplicating Inc. (herein after
referred to as "CVD") reserves the right to refuse any returns.
- CVD may charge a 15% restocking fee on any
returned goods at CVD's sole discretion
- CVD will not accept returns under the
following conditions:
- Goods have been purchased more than six
months prior to the arrival of the returned goods at CVD's place of
business;
- Goods have been damaged or noticeably
deteriorated in quality to the extent that they are not suitable for
resale. This will be determined upon inspection of the returned goods by
staff of CVD. There will be no credit issued for such goods or any costs
incurred by the cutstomer in returning the goods;
- Any computer software, CDs, CD-Roms, or
DVDs will not be accepted if opened;
- CVD is unable to verify proof of purchase
of goods from CVD. Returns should be accompanied with the invoice
provided at time of purchase.
- Refunds will be given after the return has
been approved by CVD staff. Refunds may be 1) credited to an existing
account; 2) paid by cash or cheque; or 3)credited to a credit card. The
refund will be credited or paid according to the payment terms of the
original sale, unless otherwise agreed to by CVD.
- Refunds may be granted for returned goods
because of customer disapproval of content contained within but are subject
to all the conditions listed above.
