It's turning out to be a pretty rotten Christmas for the Sunders family.  New to Edmonton, Canada from Los Angeles, they have no friends, no money and with the exception of bright-eyed Mary, no Christmas spirit.  Worst of all, Mom is stranded in L.A. by airline overbookings, so the Christmas shopping duties fall on Dad and the Kids.  Things start looking a bit more like Christmas when while shopping at West Edmonton Mall, Brian and Mary find a hoard of cash, and launch into a yuletide shopping spree...that is, until the crooks who counterfeited the money start chasing them down!  Starring Patrick Swayze (in one of his last films), Time Curry, Carmen Electra, Chris Kattan, Cameron Bright and others.
